I an trying to figure out how i might export bar charts found in the online reports. we have at least 7 people looking at the data and ot have them all logging into the same account can be problematic (e.g., accidently deleting a quiz etc). i wanted to  be able to export the figures to excel or word and distribute accordingly, without having to manually recreate in excel. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your question Heather!

You should receive an email report any time there are new results to report from someone taking a quiz. Those emails include two csv reports attached to them. One is a summary report, and one is a detailed report. They are not as easy to review as the online results service, but you can share those csv reports. Another option might be to have the quiz report emails get saved to a shared Outlook folder, or shared email folder that all of your colleagues could access if they want the results. You can also download the csv files from the Results Service Web site as well, and then share those.

Does this help? Would you mind describing how you are using quizzing in a little more detail? I might be able to come up with some other options if I know more about what you trying to do.

Thanks,
Shane Lovellette
