Hello,
I don't know anything about rackspace, however, you can use Screencast.com to host your videos and other content like documents, audio files, images, etc.

You can share that content in many ways... one being via embed code that you can put on your website.

You can learn more about how Screencast.com works and the many features by checking out the free tutorials and videos in the Help Center:
http://www.screencast.com/help/

Others may have more info to share as well.

Thanks for your inquiry.

Just to add a little to what Kelly said, the videos are hosted on screencast, not your own hosting provider. We currently give you 2GB of storage space and 2GB of bandwidth for free, but you can go Pro for more.

If you want to show a screencast video on your own website, you can embed it on the page, even though it is hosted elsewhere (screencast), by copying the 'embed code' after you share: http://www.screencast.com/t/BDP1EXE2i5y

Now, if you WANT to upload it to your own hosting provider, that's no problem either. Here's a little tutorial on how to get that done: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-cam...
