As long as you have a reasonably capable machine a video capture this long should not be a problem.

Check the following things just to make sure :

- Are you Win7 or above?  ( There has been a lot of optimizations under the hood of Windows to help conserve memory in the most recent versions )
- Do you have enough drive space?  ( 20GB+ should be plenty,  the final video won't be anywhere near this long, but we do need room for temporary files that will be removed later. )
- Do you have at least 2GB of RAM,  4GB would be better

If the answers are all yes to the above questions then you should be fine. Unfortunately we can't make any guarantees because video capture is such a resource intensive process( CPU, RAM, and Hard disk ) anything could go wrong.  As an example, I've seen virus software decide to kick off a full system scan in the middle of the day slowing the whole machine down to a crawl.

Thanks for using Snagit and good luck with your recording!
