Hi ...
I have some videos in MP4 format and want to add water mark to them ... should I record them again using camtasia and add my watermark ? or is there a way to directly edit the MP4 File so that I can just INSERT my water mark ?
I asked this question because my video is very long and I don't want to go over and record it again one more time ... I don't have the CAMRIC or CAMPROJ files because the files have been created by other person I have only these MP4 files

put the MP4 on timeline in a new project; set up a "custom" production [specify MP4]; set the watermark parameters on the video options section on the wizard; produce

the quality of the new video should be excellent; just use the same dimensions for editing dimensions [set it to the MP4's recording dimensions] and final production dimensions. I always find it best to capture [record], edit, and produce at the same dimensions

when setting up the custom production, use 70% for video quality; I doubt you can tell any difference between original MP4 and the new one [with watermark]
