How to drag multiple inage files to the timeline at one time

I would like to do a slide show with Camtasia for Mac. It is great that I can import multiple .jpg files at one time. However, it would be even nicer If I could drag a group of files to the timeline at once. It would be even nicer to have Camtasia add a default transition between the images when they are added to the timeline.

Is there any plans to add this kind of functionality to this GREAT PROGRAM?

There are two ways to add multiple images to the timeline. First select all the images you want in the media bin. Then either drag them to the canvas, or select the Add to Timeline at Playhead in the media bin context menu. The images will all be added sequentially on the timeline.

Dragging them to the timeline does not work, oddly enough. :(

Automatically adding transitions is a good idea. We do not have anything like that yet.

Is this a limitation in the mac version only?

I seem to be able to select images from my clip bin, make a selection, drag them directly onto the timeline.

Then make a selection on my timeline of images, and select a transition, right click, add to selecton to give all images that transition. The default transition time from my settings is applied.

What if I want to add multiple images to the timeline at the same spot, not sequentially?
