rudyI am running SnagIt ver 7. As soon as I open a browser window there is a SnagIt toolbar at the top of the browser. I right-click the SnagIt toolbar and uncheck it and it goes away. However, the next time I open a browser window it is back again. I love SnagIt, but this is very annoying for me but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to make it so that toolbar doesn't apprear. Any help would be greatly appreciate!

Hi Rudy,

You can permanently remove the toolbar from your IE browser. Look for "Internet Options" and then the "Manage add-ons" section. Look for the "Toolbar and Extensions" section. Once there, you can disable it. You can also turn it back on if you change your mind at a later date.

Also, if you are interested, we recently released a new version of Snagit (Snagit 11) that is packed full of handy features. 30-day free trial. You can access this through Snagit by going to Help > Check for Upgrade.

Thanks for using Snagit!

Open SnagIt
On the Left Frame where it says Quick Launch, select the option Turn OFF OneClick.

This will remove the menu from the toolbar.
