Hi there

You would do this by adding a Text callout and applying Visual Properties to it to move it from point A to point B.

Cheers... Rick :)

In that particular video, the movement of the background looks like it's created by panning the camera (i.e. outside of the video editor) and the movement of the words is just manually timed and synced to look like they're moving together.

To replicate this using Camtasia you'd:
  1. add the background video to the timeline
  2. move the playhead to where you want the word(s) to appear
  3. add a text object to the canvas where it should be at that moment
  4. add an animation to the text object (on the timeline) and adjust it to start at/near the beginning of the text object
  5. move the playhead to where you want the words(s) to disappear
  6. adjust the text object (on the timeline) to last that long
  7. move the text object (on the canvas) to be where you want it to be at that moment
  8. adjust the animation (on the timeline) to end at the end of the text object
This tutorial goes over animations pretty well: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-8-animations-in-depth.html (or if you're on a Mac: http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-mac-gs-10-stand-out-animations-videofx.html)

Hope that helps,

Conan.
