I have a group of clips in a track inside a project and move it to another project. Is it possible?

Yes.  You can use the Library as follows...

1. Select the clips on the timeline that you'd like to reuse.  You can Hold the Ctrl key as you click to select multiple clips.
2. Right-click on the selected clips and choose Group to group them together.
3. Right-click on the grouped clip and choose Add asset to Library
4. Open your 2nd project.
5. Right click on the group that was added to the Library in step 3, and choose Add to Timeline at Playhead

Hope this helps.

Alternatively, a more direct route would be once you have all your clips highlighted, you can copy them, then open a new project and paste them. If more than one track was highlighted at the time of copying, you will have to ungroup them.

Keep in mind that both approaches will not preserve things like crop data and text positioning. Which I think is a real shame because the ability to preserve positioning seems to me to be one the chief reasons to copy a text element.
