I am going back to Snagit 13 from 2018 because with 2018 I can no longer capture the Task Bar....why????

It works fine on my computer - I  use the "all-in-one" capture method ,  if I drag across my entire screen the taskbar is included no problem.  See screenshot attached.

Mine works in SnagIt 2018 too; despite being on Auto-Hide, I can still grab it:

PS -  Won't let me edit my own post. so I'm replying to self...  You can also just click the "Fullscreen" prompt when you start the capture.  Will also include the taskbar, at least it does for me.

What can I say?



So what are we doing that you're not (or can't)?  I used PrtScn with a preset for capture region.  As I move around the screen SnagIt smnps to the regions it finds, one of which is parts or all of the task bar.
