I am trying to insert a hyperlink into Camtasia for Mac and I see no place to do it. Is it possible in the latest version for Mac?

Not sure about Mac, but perhaps if I show how it's done on PC it might help?

You have to first add an annotation. And within those is a section named "Blur & Highlight". And in that section is an item named Interactive Hotspot.

Once you add this to your timeline, look at the properties panel. You configure the URL there.

Hopefully Mac is similar... Rick :)

Thanks, Rick.

I found it down in the bottom of Visual Effects (different titles on Mac version - weird.)
I set it up, but the Test function did nothing and when I uploaded it to my site, the link did nothing.
Also, trying to share to YouTube gives a msg that hotspots are not supported.  It did, however, upload when I did it through my channel.  But the link still didn't work.

Any ideas?

Links never work in YouTube. This is because links rely on all the supporting files created by Camtasia. What you upload to YouTube is just a simple video.

What exactly did you upload to your site? If it was just the MP4, that's why the hotspot failed. You need to upload all the files in order for things to work.

Cheers... Rick :)
