Hi EM,
I'm sorry you are having trouble.

Can you tell me how you are zipping up your project?
And, can you post an image of that error message here, please?
Is this error being thrown by Camtasia? Or Windows?
Thanks!
Kelly

I've seen this type of error when zipping if a file name in the package is too long, or contains a bad character

Hi,

As Kayakman has stated, there could be an issue in the naming of a file within the project. Or, there could be an issue of some kind with one of the files.

In another post, Kayakman has offered this tip:
"Using a copy of project file, delete one source file, then try zipping again; repeat until you [hopefully] ID the errant clip."
I know this might be a pain, but there is a file in the project that the Zip software doesn't like.

I was having the same issue. I was attempting to export as zip to a network drive. My local HD was low on space. I cleaned up my local HD and was able to successfully export the Camtasia files to the network drive.
