I can't even record my first scene

I'm running Yosemite v10.10 (build 14a386a) and App Show v1.0 (build 80).  I use the Standard template, not making any changes, and try to record my first scene.

I can see the screen of my iPhone 5 (iOS 8.0.2) with my app running (landscape).  I click the first empty scene and then the red record button.  I do a quick 3-4 second recording then hit Stop.  The wait icon comes on, goes around and around, and doesn't stop.  I have restarted App Show and restarted my computer, it doesn't seem to help.

I can't get past this part.  I've also had occasions when my iPhone would be plugged into my computer via MFI lightning cable and App Show would show me an image of a lightning cable, indicating I wasn't plugged in.

Are there any logs I can send you to review?

I restarted my system again but this time I restarted back in Mavericks.  After that I shut down and restarted back in Yosemite (I have the hard drive partitioned).  I'm now able to record my app preview.  I don't know what changed or why.

I'm sorry that you were having issues with this.  We've seen this happen most often when the screen content (on the device) is not updating at all.  Sometimes just moving something on the screen fixes this.

Also, we just released an build (92) today that may fix this problem for you.
You can "Check for Updates" from the AppShow menu to update to the latest version.

If this doesn't work for you please let me know.
