When I convert win7 sp1 from win10, then I can't install camtasia 9 in my laptop. I already install microsoft.net. But can't install. Why is this problem and how can I fix this?

There are multiple versions of the .Net framework and they can coexist side by side. According to this page you need 4.6.0. However you appear to be showing screenshots from your Windows 7 installation rather than your Windows 10 one.

Given that the required framework is apparently distributed with the package, I'm not sure whether that's your real problem. Try restarting your PC and right click on the installation program and select Run As Administrator; see whether that works.

Just something to check. Is your Windows 7 a 32 bit version? Has Windows 10 upgraded you to 32 bit?
Your laptop must be 64 bit for Camtasia 9 to operate. I have seen several computers upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and for an unknown reason the upgrade defaulted to 32 bit.
This might not be your case but it is worth checking.

I misread that; I thought you went from 7 to 10 but you seem to be saying that you went from 10 to 7. All the original screenshots tell us is that you have the framework installation package,  not that it has actually been installed. To see which Frameworks are installed, see this page. But I would still expect that the Camtasia install package would take care of that if you ran it as Administrator, since the page that I pointed you to previously does indicate that it's included.
