I have a paid subscription, WHY does it say my account is free?

It says that I have a "free account" and tells me that some of my videos may be deleted, HOWEVER, I was just billed yesterday, as I am every single month. How can we fix this?

I JUST had to pay again!!!! Will I receive a refund or will I get a credit toward next month's bill???

When you pay for Screencast Pro you're provided with an unlock code that you need to associate with your account. It sounds like maybe this didn't happen. If you open a ticket with our Technical Support at https://support.techsmith.com they can resolve this issue. When you open your ticket include the email address for your Screencast.com account and your billing account (especially if they're different).
