I have Camtasia mac 3 questions on fuse and webcam app for iphone

I have Camtasia mac 3 and If I use fuse to connect and record on my IPhone 7+ can I use the iPhone as a web cam? I also downloaded a webcam app for my iPhone but camtasia does not recongize it it.
