I have Camtasia order num. and software key but i enforced to use Camtasia in trial mode unable to use the tutorials. How to fix it?

I purchased Camtasia software and i have an order num. and software key but i enforced to use Camtasia in trial mode unable to use the tutorials. How to fix it?

I did it and still remain in trial period,  unable to read the tutorials.  In the opend window was written:"Our activation server is unable to register your copy of Camtasia... "  How to fix it?
