I have downloaded the Camtasia trial but can't find the 'narration' button I see in other screen shots

When I see other screen shots of Camtasia it has a narration button. I am looking for this since the prime reason for buying would be to record a video then narrate later. All the other posts I find are just about not being able to capture sound but not that the button is missing entirely. Can someone help? In the left side menu , Click the "More" button at the bottom of the list and it should be there right under the Cursor Effect
