If you visit https://myaccount.techsmith.com/MyProducts/Software and log in with your TechSmith account, there's a strong chance you will find your Product Key there. If you do not see it there, there is a button on the bottom of that page that will help you locate purchases/registrations made with other email addresses. If you still can't find your key open a ticket at https://support.techsmith.com.
