I have some Snagit feedback

Twice now Snagit has failed to save a recording.  I have a new Macbook Air.  The interviews were important.  I contact tech support and both times, the result was - there is nothing we can do. Your recordings are lost.   I need to now reschedule the interviews and I will redo them and record with different software. You have cost me money and time and I've lost the magic of the first interviews.
