It's not evident what you are trying to share, could you be more specific?

1. I capture the image from my screen using Snag It .
2. Now, I click on the top right where it says 'Share' button.
3. From the 'Share' options I select Ms Word.

4. As soon as I click on share, it should share in Ms word if I select that. But it’s not getting share in Ms word and I am not getting any error in this.

Hello Sharique.Qureshi ,

That's really helpful. So, it would appear based on what you shared, that the problem is that SnagIt isn't calling to Word; or If SnagIt is calling to word, Word isn't responding, (sorry I have to put these types of issues into logical steps).

I think your approach of, 'install and uninstall' may be the best route. My guess is that your SnagIt software may not be up to date, but that's just a guess. Please share your findings, I would love to hear the outcome.

With The Best Regards!

I just exported an image from SnagIt 11.4.3 into WORD 2016.

You could try a repair install of SnagIt 11 if ATMeyer Consultants video doesn't resolve the problem.

Regards,Joe

Hello Sharique.Qureshi

I think, you are trying to import an image that you may have captured using snag it into MS Word, is that right? If so, I use Snag It, A LOT to create tutorials on my blog page. My tutorials are developed in MS Word and include images that I capture either from pictures or screen capture (snag it) or a combination of both.
I must add, that I am unsure whether your issue is a problem of executing the task or a system interface failure. I am making an assumption that it's an 'task execution' issue, which is how I outlined an approach to attaching an image into a word document.

1. I capture the image from my screen using Snag It .
2. I complete adding any annotations, arrows or text objects to the illustration.
3. I create a folder in the same directory that my word document is saved in and I name the folder, simply 'images'.
4. I head back to snag it, and I click the 'Share' button.
5. From the 'Share' options I select 'File'.
6. I save the image to the 'images' folder I created and I simply name the image, image 1 in sequential order as it would be used in between my documents paragraphs.
7. When I am in Word, I place the cursor where I need to place the image and then select , 'Insert',  'Illustrations', 'Pictures'.
8. Finally, I navigate to the folder that I mentioned, ('images') and select the image from there.

Hope that helps.
