I'm loving the Camtasia 9 Behaviors, and really like being able to combine them. The problem is the defaults.

99.9% of the time I have to convert the "during" to none. As I get the hang of behaviors, I'm using them more and more, and it's annoying to have to go change the "during" every time.

Either, I should be able to set the default, or C9 should default to none. It's nice to have text jump-and-fall in, but I don't see a reason to have the text onscreen hopping the whole time.

It's those very rare instances when I'd like text to do something other than sit still. It would help my workflow to deal with those manually instead of the other way around.

it seems that behaviors act like effects

try this to make your own default behaviors ...

add your desired behavior to a callout[?]
put the callout in Library as an asset
when you need that same behavior profile, put that asset on timeline, right click, copy effects
past effects to your target media

seems to work for me

this tutorial explains a similar approach for cursor effects . . v.
