I need to make a rounded rectangle shape > and be able to adjust the rounded edge radius. How do I achieve this on a PC > lastest version 13.1.5

I am on v2018 and one of the stock rectangles has rounded corners but You cannot edit the radius other than by making it bigger
Chose shapes then one of the rectangles and on the lower right there will be FILL, OUTLINE and SHAPE. I think the second one down will give you rounded corners

So what's available on the Mac version is not available on the PC version? I'm on a Mac V2018. There is a small yellow circle that I can click on to adjust the corner radius of the rounded edge. See image:

Very possibly. Adjustable, rounded corners were a standard Mac feature at least a decade before WIndows programs started making it possible for the masses.

If you can set the radius by making it bigger, then use the cutout tool to size it?
