I purchased Camptasia online but never got the product, nor a download for it. Can you please answer what is wrong?

I have purchased Camptasia for Windows for TechSmith, payed for it online with PayPal, but never got the product, nor the fisibility of a download. Can you please answer what is wrong?

Hi there

Sounds like maybe you didn't purchase directly from TechSmith? If you didn't, you likely need to contact whomever you purchased it from.

Assuming you DID purchase from TechSmith, perhaps you received an email that you haven't seen. In that case, I'd suggest checking your SPAM or JUNK folder. Maybe it ended up there?

If you purchased from TechSmith you should have received a key at time of checkout and an email receipt with a software key.

You should also be able to sign in to https://myaccount.techsmith.com and locate your product key there.

If you download the trial software, it is the same as what you get at time of purchase -- the software key is what unlocks the software.

If you purchased from TechSmith and none of these things are true, please open a ticket with our technical support (https://support.techsmith.com) and they will be able to locate your purchase.

If you purchased from a third-party retailer you will need to contact them for help.

I have made the purchased directly from TechSmith and payed for with my Paypal account, from whom I received the receipt for the 243,27€ debited to my account and then equally credited to TechSmith account.

I'll be glad to send you the receipt from PayPal I if you send and email address in which I could attach the receipt pdf.

All the same none of the procedures you mentioned appeared on my screen and I have not received an email with instructions. I checked my SPAM or JUNK folders. Nothing in them.
