Have you received and entered your license key? To enter your license key you should log in to Screencast.com and then go to https://www.screencast.com/keysignup.aspx. You'll enter the key in the field provided and then click 'Submit'.

If you have already done this and you are still stuck as a Free user I would recommend contacting support using this form: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=48183

Paul, I was able to figure out how to submit the key ! Thank you
