I purchased Snagit via the App Store and I get a message asking me to purchase a license key. Now its not working please help

I purchased Snagit via the App Store then I had to upgrade to 4.1 and I get a message asking me to purchase a license key. Now Snagit is not working .. please help what do I need to do to get Snagit working again ?

Hey Steve, 

Sorry about the trouble with Snagit. When you upgraded to 4.1, did you also purchase that from the Mac App Store or from the TechSmith website? It might just be that the versions got mixed. The non-AppStore version does require a key to be entered. 

In any event, the quickest way to get you up and running is to chat with someone from our customer service team, they are awesome and should be able to get everything straightened out.
