I stopped using Camtasia for not having a simple audio cross-fade

It's such a shame that a professional software like Camtasia lacks a very important feature like audio cross-fading... even the most simple video/audio editing programs support audio cross-fading. all you need to do is split the video/audio in half and drag one half over another.

If I'm to add fade in and fade out effects for each half, not only will it add a 3 second fade and the time frame isn't adjustable but also it may go off the leveling rail when I drag the audio points for a lower time frame. even adding audio points is time consuming an pointless... in most audio/video editing programs you can click on the audio/video leveling line to add points (or right click to remove them) but here you'll have to select them from the list... maybe the fastest way to add audio points is through right clicking and adding points for the time being...

I also noticed that many users have been asking for this handy feature from 5 years ago and it's still not implemented... !!!

It's really such a shame !!
