I upgraded my account into PRO, but the transfer limit is not upgraded (the uploaded videos are not viewable)

Hello! First I would need your email address to look up your account. Sounds like your account may not be activated yet. The error you are running into is because the account was not associated with your email at the time of purchase by clicking the blue hyperlink in the body of the email to seal the deal.
