Hello, I bought snagit 2018 few days ago, but, I've saw error message for every moment of Capturing,. when I finished the capture, It makes "waiting cursor" and error message after waiting( after click the camera icon.). I use this on win 7.   plz help me to use lovely sangit on perfectly.  I am falling in sad mood. I can't keep going on my work ....... plz, help me.... 
plz let me know how I send log file u or trace data, etc...
