I would like to have the ability to Select All Right or Select All Left of a clip.

Frequently I have more clips than I can see on a track and want to add a clip in the middle. I need to zoom out to be able to select all to say the right and zoom back into the area I was working. It would be nice to right click a clip and have a Select All Right or Select All Left. Maybe a hot key to include other tracks as well.  Maybe there is a way now to do this but haven't found it. Zooming out and selecting with a Shift key still requires you to zoom out.
Thoughts?

thanks all

I'd seen it in CS9 before, but I did not recognize davemillman's menu image above; I've never touched the MAC version

This works for me. Was looking for this in the RT Click menu and forgot to look at Edit. Hot key works for me as well!
Thanks,

This doesnt give you the ability to select all tracks though. Only the track you are in.

Actually, it should work for all selected tracks. Try it.

Alt-Right Arrow only selects the tracks you are in. How do you select all tracks to the right?

I think if you select a clip in each of multiple tracks then use Alt-RIght Arrow, everything to the right in those tracks will be selected. For all tracks, select something in all tracks. Experiment a little, you'll figure it out.

That requires you have a media on every track in your zoom area. Which is very often not the case. You would have to zoom all the way out which is tedious for a simple "select everything to the right".

-> No solution yet.

Camtasia needs a "Select succeeding media on all tracks" option. The current command it not very helpful in most cases.
