For some reason I can't import an mp3 file into Camtasia Studio 8. An error message pops up saying it isn't supported or the right codecs aren't installed. Please help!

"Mp3 files from iTunes with artwork included can give no codec message in Camtasia Studio. As a workaround import the mp3 into a free program called Audacity and re-export as either an mp3 or WAV file"

Hello, I purchased Camtasia 9 and cannot download wav or mp3 files without first exporting from audacity. In Camtasia 8, I can download the file with no problem. Checking to see what the problem might be. Thanks
