I get an error message on the samsung TV that says audio not supported.

I have trying to produce a self running MP4 video for display on Samsung TV. Samsung site says it supports MP3, ADPCM, and ACC for audio. I created a customer product profile so I could bump up the resolution to 1080. I do not get an option to modify the audio codec except the bit rate. Any ideas? I get an error message on the samsung that says audio not supported.
