I could ask you a bunch of questions and try to troubleshoot here, but I think the best thing to do would be to have you open a ticket with our Tech Support at https://support.techsmith.com they're better equipped to deal with problems like this than we can in this public forum.

Hello,

Usually in this situation clearing cache and cookies on your browser, and restarting the browser will help.

Another option would be to try another web browser.
