Hi Vivek,

It's in Image (tab) > Resize > Resize Image.

Here's a short video showing how to do that:

Hello there,

this is what I would do if I were in your shoes. You can run more than one version of SnagIt on the same computer.

Your SnagIt 12 activation key can also activate previous versions of SnagIt. The latest version that allows you to capture images at 300 dpi is version 10.0.2. Download and Install it as you would any other program. Use your SnagIt 12 key to activate it. You can use this link to download SnagIt 10. https://www.techsmith.com/download/oldversions

There are some advantages to running both programs and a couple of things that you will want to know about using them. I threw together a quick video to point these things out. Here is a link to that video. http://www.screencast.com/t/yaTohCdYC2r

I've been running 2 versions of SnagIt for quite some time now and the 2 programs get along just fine.

Hope this helps you out, Regards, Joe
