When I copy the image from Snagit to my Word document, the colors are washed out. Can someone help me fix it? I currently have the Opacity set at 100%. Also, I am using MAC Version 2.

Hey Kelli,

Any chance you could take a screenshot of that? That would be great! Thanks!

mmmm, I used my MAC to make the screen shots but when I "Add Image", this is what happens:

It doesn't seem right. Can you see the images?

And the washed-out look it doesn't seem drastic here.

I printed out both of the images above and the Word print (on the bottom) did print out "washed-out" compared to the Snagit image. If you have any ideas that I could "darken"/fix this, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!
