I have Camtasia 9.1. I have yet to be able to load any media at all. When I select a single file regardless of media type, nothing happens. The file doesn't load. If I select more than one file to import Camtasia crashes. Pretty disappointing experience so far.

Hi Nick,
Something is obviously going wrong. I'd suggest that you open a free ticket with our technical support at https://support.techsmith.com/
Sorry for the trouble,
Glenn

You realize any supported file you select goes into the Camtasia Media library, then you have to drop it on the timeline to play/edit it?

Thank you, yes I realize that. I have tech support on it. I use an animation software that exports several types of video files and trying each one. Apparently there is an issue when you import .AVI file of a particular type it freezes the ability to import any other media into that file. So when I say nothing happens, literally nothing happens when I import media if the .AVI file is first. I'll update the solution.
