I have created a video in Camtasia that is very blurry when exported. It is of a presentation: on one portion of the screen is a video (shot with a camcorder) of the presenter with .gif files of the PowerPoint slides being displayed on the other portion of the screen. When I export it, everything is blurry (video, external media, text, etc.).
I searched the pages on this site, but haven't found anything to help me out. I'm new to Camtasia...can anyone let me know what I'm doing incorrectly? Thanks!

Hi Eric,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

Could you provide a few more details for us? Are you using Camtasia for Mac or Camtasia Studio (PC)? Also, what version (Mac 2.1? Studio 8?).

Lastly, if you could note where you are exporting it to, that might also help. Are you producing a custom mp4, uploading to screencast.com, or maybe youtube.com?

Hello Josh,

Thanks for your response. I think i figured out the issue. I re-sized the video and other media within Camtasisa. When I adjusted the graphics to the necessary size outside of Camtasia (in Photoshop) and cropped the video instead of re-sizing it, it looked fine.
