Importing Transparent Video into Camtasia 2 for Mac

Hi -

I'm attempting to import an MOV with a transparent background.  The video was created in After Effects CS6.  I've attempted a variety of export configs including Quicktime, RGB+Alpha, PNG.  As well as Quicktime, RGB+Alpha, Animation.

Unfortunately, I receive the error below.  I tried the settings as suggested in a thread about Camtasia 7, which isn't completely applicable.  So I'm posting here, too.

Is there a combination of settings that will allow me to import a video with a transparent background into Camtasia 2 for Mac?

Thanks for your help!
Kane

As Stuart Grahame pointed out in this thread - https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/video_import_into_camtasia_studio_7_with_transparenc... - The best method for a Mac is to export from After Effects with Quicktime, ProRes, RGB+Alpha.  Works like a charm.

Kane, a while back I tried importing video with transparency into Camtasia mac 2 and it didn't work. But I just updated to 2.10.3 and noticed new export settings, so I tried importing transparent video again and it worked for me on 2.10.3 (the source video was encoded in apple pro res 4444)

I don't know if this was just recently added, or if it's been here for a while, since it's been at least a year since I checked, but it's certainly a welcome addition!
