Upload to iCloud or DropBox, download to PC. Or, connect via Lightning to USB cable, and insure you have iTunes for PC installed.

Hello jj,

The TechSmith Fuse app can be used for this. It allows you to import pictures and video from your phone and share them directly to Camtasia.

IDM doesn't cost much.

The best lighting is typically 5500K.
Most typically refereed to as daylight balanced bulbs. Its a good clean light without yellow or blue overcast.
You want defused even lighting. It can be tricky to position lighting just right.
I don't try to run a webcam on a regular basis so I've never developed a handy system.I've got some large studio lighting I can set up in a pinch.

Something along this line might get you there.

I recommend Dimmable lights so you can place them in many locations. Get a cheap overhead light as well. You can get a set of led daylight bulbs for about $10.
Good lighting isn't cost a few bucks.
