Importing .avi files and audio

When I import an .avi file, it doesn't bring in the audio. Though I can do it with an MP4 file. I tried in both Camtasia 7 and 8. I am bringing the files to the Clip Bin, then right clicking and Adding to Timeline.

Hello Michael,

I wish I had a surefire answer for you, but I'm thinking we'll need our support team.

My hunch is that the audio contained in the AVI isn't supported, as there are many types of AVIs and I'm not sure where this one came from or how it was made.
