Improved multi-region capture features

I wanted to perform a multi-area capture but found that...

a) I could not subtract an area from another (yes, I could delete, but I wanted to draw another region that was to be subtracted form what was already on-screen, I had hoped to be able to do this using the right-mouse button or by holding down Shift or Alt to invoke a subtraction mode, but that didn't work). Please add the ability to subtract.

b) Once I had my region defined, how to capture that region was not obvious at all. There needs to be a floating button that one can drag around (just in case it gets away) and click when one wants to capture the region. Please add such a floating button.

c) The region definition should be saveable and re-storable (loadable) so that it can be invoked in the future, this goes with normal region captures, too. Note that this means being able to save multiple regions and then have the ability list them and select the most suitable one to restore. Please add savable/loadable region definitions (savable/loadable to/from file, that is. and not some internal store).

If I turn on the multiple region capture, I'm able to delete one area by simply clicking on the orange outline. Perhaps try that?
