Installing outputs - not a single one installed -anyone any ideas why?

Just upgraded from version 12 to the latest 13.02 (32 bit)   Build 6653 ) after having a little break from Snagit imposed on me by the need to deal with Microsoft problems etc.etc. First impressions very favourable. In the main Snagit window went to the "Output Manager" where there were 6 different outputs installed. I haven't tested these as they were not my immediate priority. I wanted to convert a capture to either a) MS Word and/or b) MindManager so I invoked the "Get more outputs" - mouthwatering sight as there were outputs for A and B. Downloaded these and all the others for Snagit Windows.
The sorry conclusion is that I could not install a single one of these. After some searching I discovered other users had experiences problems installing and there were references dating back a few months to the introduction of a software bug.
So my 4 questions are:
1) Are these references to a/the bug(s) correct?
2)  Has it/have they been fixed?
3)  If not when will it/they be fixed?
4)  Is there a 64 bit version for Snagit, and if so could the outputs be installed under this?
Would appreciate some info. I have been a very strong supporter of Snagit and the excellent tech support I have rece3ived from TechSmith in the past.

At the same time I'd also just like to point out that I submitted an idea that could save people who do a lot of streaming a huge amount of time if TechSmith added a tiny feature allowing a predetermined period for capturing. The time needed to save an unattended  streamed file of 6 hours which only has 60 minutes content increases to a couple of hours. I was disappointed to see very little support for this suggestion. In fact just 2 persons! So maybe I am one of the very few who thinks this important. So be it. But I do think we all have a vested interest in helping to make this wonderful product even better!! Back to setting up my overnight streaming process.
Good night and have a great week!

I had problems installing outputs as well.
I downloaded the outputs and temporally disabled McAfee's firewall. After that I could install all of the outputs.

There is no 64 bit version of SnagIt at this time.

Just tried disabling ZoneAlarms. No joy at all, great shame.
Have now opened a support ticket, so hopefully that will lead to a speedy resolution.

Wishing you the best for a quick resolution! Oh, and BTW I am in support of your suggestion regarding streaming and would have mentioned that in my original reply to you... but I know almost absolutely zero about video, I spend the majority of my time with still images only basically. Just wanted to state that, for the record, LOL.. :) m

I Like the idea from brt  about a "predetermined period for capturing".
I mentioned in another thread, if that is what these are, About a Desire to have a way to automatically Stop Recording at a predetermined time or amount such as Start Recorder, Set Timer for 1 hour or 2.5 hours etc and Recorder Stops. It could be that we enter a Time that it ends like 4:45pm or 9:30pm etc. You get the idea. Thanks.

Good  rlinternational2  You've also  made me think a little bit more. Options to specify finishing time, or no of hours etc. is very good. I hope other users would support this. No downside as I see it only huge TIME_SAVING BENEFITS!!

A refinement I would suggest is the concept of "pause"  as this would provide more flexibility, e.g if both the source "object" and the snagit capture coulöd be paused, and something goes wrong like a pop window intervening, it would then be easier to modify.  And all the time savings benefits of finalising, and saving the file would be gained. What do you and others  think?
