I'm trying to create 'interactive leaning videos' like this.
https://content.cloudguides.com/en-us/guides/Modern%20Data%20Analysis%20in%20Excel

As you can see, the video will pause for user interaction, hotspot and popup, continues linearly on receiving user click on the hotspot.

Is this possible to create with Camtasia?
Is there a tutorial?
Will it need special hosting?

Thanks.
I have Camtasia 9

I've now seen this tutorial.
https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-add-interactive-hotspots-to-a-video.html

It doesn't mention a 'visual response' when hovering over the Hotspot. Is this possible with Camtasia?

(In the example I posted in the question, there are Hotspots over menu choices that 'popup' the submenu when you hover, with a subsequent Hotspot.)

Camtasia's hotspots will navigate when clicked; but they do not offer pop-ups like you mention

but you can create a multi-level menu from hotspots, like seen here

in Chrome, you must click play to initialize the menu
