Interesting behavior! I like it!

I was out most of last week for a training assignment. Upon returning, I was prompted to install a SnagIt upgrade. (13.1.4) And I'm seeing some welcome behavior change that I don't believe I've seen mentioned by anyone yet.

I love the new addition of filling the background with the dominant color or pattern when removing objects. I suspect this may be at play, but it seems something new is afoot. (and it makes me wonder if the sly developers made a small change)

I never try to capture my mouse pointer. But somehow it had managed to become toggled on. (wondering if this was the sly developer bit)

It seems the mouse pointer after capturing is now a separate and floating object in the capture?

Anyone else noticing that?

Nice job, TechSmith! That's pretty cool.

The mouse pointer has been a separate object for a while Rick.  I mostly don't want it but sometimes do and I would turn mouse capture on, and curse myself when I forgot to turn it off when I was done.  But then I discovered i could remove it post capture

LOL, I almost never have it on so I was surprised to see it.

I suppose this actually lends itself to possibly thinking about using it again, now that in post capture it's possible to position it more accurately. Hmmmm
