Intros Needed

I read here how Digital Juice is a good source for Intros, images, etc., but they are so expensive for a teacher to buy!  :)  Any other ideas? I have seen so many in YouTube, but I don't trust those sources. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hello,

Have you checked your Camtasia Library section to see if any the assets there are usable? The Library tab is just to the right of Clip Bin. Some of these might be usable depending on your needs. Plus you already paid for them! :)

Yes I have. Nothing wrong with them. I have seem others that just look so sharp and appealing. When working with kids one needs to make them as "fun" as possible. Haha.

Understood. One thing I used to do when I was building 45 minute modules was to play with Flash text animations; between those, amusing still images (SnagIt) and offbeat music cues I created from clips library it made it a little more bearable. I did the flash text in Adobe Captivate and the music cues were produced with Sony ACID.

Those are some good ideas. I do have ACID and snag it. I am not familiar with Captivate but I can look into it. I'm sure there's plenty of video tutoring for that on YouTube.

Captivate would be kind of expensive just to do the flash text; Google around there is probably a cheaper tool to generate that output.

Hi,
Just as a thought, you can download more assets from our Website here:
https://www.techsmith.com/camtasia-library-media.html

You could also give it a go creating your own assets. Here's a How-To guide to help you get started:
