Invalid Drive: H.\ Error Code 1327

Our IT Department forces every installtion to use Network drive (H:), as i read snag it must be installed locally, but i cannot select a drive in the installation routine. I tried to change in regedit the ProgramfilesPath , but it did not help.
What can i do, next to Outlook, Snag it is my most used software (besides i love it!)
BTW Camtasia worked fine!

You should call your IT Department support and take it up directly with them.

Techsmith wouldn’t know about your network configuration, etc.

This is an issue that the database that Snagit uses to keep all of their images must be installed on a local drive.  There is a request to have it changed to be able to install it on a network drive here :

vote for the issue and hopefully, they will make the change at some point.
