Jing's forgotten password link directs user to server with invalid certificate. While I think this problem probably isn't a huge problem as it may be unlikely someone is intercepting stuff or whatever, this type of error encourages users to click on the "continue anyway" button. http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?storyi... among others covers this widespread problem. Please fix the certificate.

Follow-up here: In Firefox, more clear details are provided, and it seems that the www.techsmith.com site is redirecting to screencast.com and the certificate is technically for www.screencast.com which neither Firefox nor IE like. Chrome seems to give the best explanation. I think this sort of thing needs to be cleaned up as we're training end-users to just click "continue" when these errors pop up. That's not good for the future of web security.

Seems none of the browsers like it when they're visiting example.com when the certificate is for www.example.com or vice versa. Jing is sending you to screencast.com without the www when the cert is for the domain with the www at the front.

Hi.
Got the same Invalid security certificate message with latest Safari on MacOSX10.6.8 saying certificate expired June 10th 2012 which is today when trying to log into my account.
It ́s the first time I got this message.
Shall I ignore it? I ́m not willing to do so honestly.
Thanks for any insights.

Cheers
