Invoice for our Screencast account

Where/how can I get the invoice (with our company name stated) for this year renewal of our account?

Logged in to our account, but no invoice there, and we only got an email (with lacking specifications) that this had been billed.

And there no contact email for this ... anywhere ... (just a Twitter account???)

Not sure exactly what kind of specific information you are looking for but my suggestion would be to contact TechSmith Support as they can get you the correct answer and information that you are looking for. The information for doing this is below:
