I would like to crop the corners of my video to use the green screen effect. However, my green screen isn't straight at the corners. Unfortunately, the crop feature in Camtasia 9 does not do this>>>is...is there a way to draw a line mask like ohter software like like after effect?

I do not believe so, however. I could be mistaken.
If you have AE, I suggest that you do your Greenscreen work in AE
Render it out.
And then bring it back into Camtasia and finish it off.

What if you click the crop icon and then use the handles to make your green screen straight?

There may be a long way around it.

Let's say your green screen looks a bit like this.

Take some rectangular callouts.Size, Rotate and Position them over areas you need masked out.
Use the color picker to make them match your green screen as close as possible.Make the duration of the callouts long enough to cover the entire video. If can apply animations to move them if need be.

Render the video as an AVI. TechSmiths screen codec 2 is a high quality codec that is well suited for this purpose. The default setting is great.

No need to render the audio yet. I would just wait until final production for that.
Then just bring in the AVI and apply remove a color to that.
It's a little extra work, but if you don't have access to anything else.It should work out for you.

Regards,Joe
