I have asked this question before , Snagit is the not the software for this type of editing.

Well, I say it depends. SnagIt 2020 does introduce a way of creating a video from captured images. Basically what it does is turn on a video recorder that then allows you to click images in the Recents tray to show them in the editor where you are then free to mark them up and describe things verbally as you go.

Perhaps by sharing more about what you are seeking to do better suggestions can be offered.

Hi Rick,
I am very new to Snagit 2020 and I can see it is a very useful program.  I was wondering if it was possible to add a piece of screen captured video ( or from a camera ) and drop it into the video that was being created with jpeg still images. Result would be a video created from stills with sections of true motion video with sound spliced into it.  Maybe there is a workaround or is it a job for Camtasia.
