Is it possible to connect Morae Recorded to Observer without internet connection?

Yes, it is possible to connect Observer to Recorder without access to the internet.  Most people do it this way for security reasons.  All you need is a local network.  You'll probably want to talk to your IT people to work out the details.  When you first start Morae Recorder, you will be prompted for permission to allow an other computers to connect to it.  Assuming that, like most customers, your local network has a firewall in place to limit exposure to the internet, this means that your Recorder will expose itself only on your local network so that Observers on your network can find it.  We have had a few customers open up Recorder to the internet so that Observers can connect from anywhere, but that is unusual.
